Background

Rick Watkins has been actively involved in the building industry in the Denver area for more than 30 years. Rick began in the construction industry as a Commercial Project Manager for Jones/Alberici Denver managing $15m+ heavy high rises, schools, water treatment facilities, medical centers, office parks, the Denver Galleria for Performing Arts, American Diabetes Association, supermarkets and shopping centers.

Professional Affiliations

Rick has lent his leadership to a number of organizations around the Denver Metro area as President of Building Committee Faith Lutheran Church, Architectural Control Committee member-The Reserve at Cherry Hills, Castle Pines Village Architectural Control Committee Member, and President of the Custom Home Builders' Association of Colorado. Rick has taught for the Associated General Contractor’s Construction/ Supervision training.
