WATER AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT Mesa has managed the design and construction of photovoltaic technology, solar panels, generator backup systems, geothermal new construction, geothermal retrofit, underground water storage and grey water systems.
LANDSCAPING Mesa regularly integrates the management of the design and construction of landscaping projects including gazebos, lakes, bridges, entry gates, monuments, site walls, water features, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, trellises, pergolas, terraces, plantings, etc.

Company History
Mesa Properties started as a family sole proprietorship in 1986 by Rick and Jackie Watkins. The business quickly grew and was formally incorporated as JGW, Inc. in 1991. It became JGW Mesa Properties Inc. in 1993 using Mesa Properties Award Winning Builder as the trademark for the company. In 2005 Jamie Seitz replaced Jackie Watkins position in the company and formed RWW Inc., purchasing the Mesa Properties trademark. Mesa Properties, Inc. is the registered trademark of RWW, Inc. a Colorado Corporation, which carries out all new projects.
